There are millions of people who feel really despondent about their apparent lack of height, this could be because of teasing they might get from certain friends and certain situations where by having a few inches of height would really be of use and if you feel down, then take heart there are a few certain strategies that can boost your height, even in adulthood. This article will discuss 3 super-tips on how to grow taller naturally including diet, exercise and clothing with a little bit effort on your part you could gain at least a few inches.
This game plan can help stimulate growth spurts, but only before we reach puberty. Once we reach adulthood our bones stop lengthening. To put it blunt. There is nothing we can do to lengthen our bones.
However, it is possible to gain at least a few inches in height in adulthood. How? The key is enhancing your body posture by taking up good dietary habits in tandem with a good exercise regimen.
Which leads me to discuss about diet tips to grow taller naturally.
Diet
Any good dietician will tell you to maintain your body's health with the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of vitamins and minerals, plus, maintain a diet that is very rich in calcium (for your bones), amino acids (for essential energy replacement) and protein (for muscle replenishment.) By not abiding to a healthy regimen can lead to your body becoming weak and health problems later on. nutrition is why the Dutch are so tall and the Japanese have gained 3 inches in extra height.
Exercise
You can further enhance your body's health with simple and easy exercise that does not need to be toll or agony, the added advantage is that not only will you look and feel taller but slender too.
There are exercises such as 'cobra' or 'cat stretching that can really help strengthen your back and straighten your spine. When doing these kind of exercises, do take your time and breathe into the stretch. Its not about how many repetitions you can do but the quality of the reps.
I've said, your posture is key to gaining a few inches and we all have a natural tendency to slouch. STOP SLOUCHING! Instead, while you are walking (or sitting) keep your back comfortably straight, your shoulders down, and your head up. Keep this up for few weeks you will see a noticeable difference.
Last, I discuss a few tips about clothing:
Wearing two colors creates a slim line effect. If you wear a jacket that stops at your waistline this can bring attention to that part of your body, making sure the length of your jacket stops at your smartest point. Pinstripe can produce a slimming affect, but solid colors can have a some what hazy effect at your waist, in comparison to wearing dark colors to patterns will make you look shorter.
